By downloading, installing, or using Daily Puzzles Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
Daily Puzzles Pro is a mobile puzzle game application that offers various puzzle games including Sudoku, Wordle, Nonogram, and Minesweeper. The App provides daily challenges, free play modes, leaderboards, achievements, and statistics tracking.

In-App Purchases
The App may offer in-app purchases such as premium subscriptions, hint packages, or ad removal. All purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies.
Refunds: Refund requests should be directed to Google Play. We do not directly process refunds for in-app purchases.
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Daily Puzzles Pro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our explicit permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DAILY PUZZLES PRO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
